Catch Your Dream Workshops

My heroine in Rhythms & Muse, Alexandra Lauren, finds fulfillment in her life by listening to her intuition, leveraging available resources, and taking action steps. Everyone should strive to reach their potential and love what they do, so I offer workshops to help identify, clarify, pursue and realize your life’s passion. These fun interactive sessions are available to anyone, young or old, but especially mothers and daughters.
